YONGHONG STREET’S 2023 OLD RESIDENTIAL AREA RENOVATION PROJECT – JINGU GARDEN RESIDENTIAL AREA RENOVATION

Jingu Garden is located in the Shangshufang Community of Yonghong Street, covering an area of 88,000 square meters, with a construction area of approximately 93,000 square meters. It consists of 19 residential buildings and 982 households. Before the renovation, the neighborhood faced issues such as aging infrastructure, damaged roads, peeling wall paint, disorganized overhead wiring, and inefficient utilization of public spaces. The renovation addressed 19 aspects, including facade upgrades, modifications to unit entrances, corridor improvements, non-motorized vehicle garage renovations, wall enhancements, and landscape and municipal upgrades. Collaboration between residents and property management resolved infrastructure problems and public service rights issues, enhancing the quality of life and fulfilling residents’ aspirations for a better living environment.
