FUZHOU RIVERCITY

Fuzhou Rivercity is a large, international, riverside complex with a strong ecological focus. The design is inspired by the history, culture, and unique alleyways of Fuzhou’s historic commercial district. The masterplan evokes the experience of strolling through these historic alleys, revitalizing the traditional format by incorporating modern commerce. The sustainability concepts of the development are inspired by the nearby 12-kilometer Nanjiangbin Ecological Park. The neighborhood is built around the principles of “exploration, health, and community.” It combines various elements, such as natural landscaping, high-performance energy systems, and advanced building materials, to create a green, organic living space. The result is a new city area that harmoniously integrates people, nature, and architecture, offering a contemporary lifestyle.
