KENGZI CULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN SHENZHEN

The Shenzhen Kengzi Culture and Technology Center is located in the Pingshan District of Shenzhen, west of Guangzu Park on Kengzi Street, south of Jikang Road, and east of Hengping Road. The site covers an area of 17,399.87 square meters, with a total floor area of 72,244.73 square meters, including an above-ground floor area of 31,114.08 square meters (excluding overhead spaces), an underground floor area of 34,582.26 square meters, and an overhead space of 6,548.39 square meters. As an important cultural facility and public building in Pingshan District, it is dedicated to establishing a modern yet tradition-infused landmark that radiates technological and cultural influence across the eastern region of Shenzhen and the greater eastern Guangdong area.
