The project is located in the core area of the city, integrating urban convenience with scarce mountain and sea landscape resources. The primary target customer group consists of high-net-worth urban residents who grew up locally. They possess rich urban life experiences, an international aesthetic sense, and are in pursuit of a fashionable and high-quality life. The following three points serve as the core strategies for addressing spatial challenges: 1.Make the most ingenious use of the mountain and sea resources and the light and shadow outside the window, thereby enhancing the depth and gardenesque characteristics of the space. 2.Construct an equal, amiable and respectful family relationship through the floor plan layout. 3.Adopt an elegant, fashionable and diversely integrated design language. Regarding color selection, which significantly influences the spatial mood, choose color combinations that are friendly to the skin tones of people of Asian descent.
