The street’s innovative layout is designed to improve costumer flow and highlight the ever-changing commercial space, and ultimately enhancing the costumers’ shopping experience. Phoenix Street is not just a regional commercial center or a leisure destination, it is an exciting new image for the city. It has created a positive impact on the local and regional growth with the design rooted in the local history. Aside from becoming a new destination for shopping, entertainment and tourism in Changsha, Phoenix Street acts as a new window showcasing the city’s rich history.
