申报收官！1042份全球优秀作品将角逐11TH CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖

「第十一届CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」自启动以来，获得了海内外业主及设计机构的广泛关注与积极参与。众多优秀设计团队在逆境中坚守设计理想，以卓越的作品诠释品质追求。本届CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖已收到295家机构申报的1042个项目参与。

「CREDAWARD设计大奖」由地建师DJSER主办的国际性设计大奖，创立于2014年。因其权威性、综合性、国际性在业内富有盛名，每年吸引近30+国家和地区的海内外业主、开发企业、品牌业主、国际设计机构/国有院/民营设计机构参赛。大奖秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的16字评价标准，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业内誉为“最具公信力的大奖”之一。

The 11th CREDAWARD has garnered widespread attention and active participation from developers and design institutions worldwide since its launch. Numerous outstanding design teams have persevered in upholding their design ideals despite challenges, demonstrating their commitment to excellence through remarkable works.A total of 1,042 projects have been submitted for 11th CREDAWARD.

CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014 and has been renowned as its authority, comprehensiveness and internationality. It attracts participants from nearly 30+ countries and regions, including domestic and international property owners, development companies, international design institutions, state-owned and private design agencies. The award adheres to the evaluation criteria of ‘architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic efficiency.’ Due to its rigorous selection process, transparent evaluation method, and stringent award mechanism, it is widely regarded in the industry as one of ‘ the most credible awards.’
