CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. CREDAWARD has invited Universidad de Politécnica de Catuluña, Polytechnic University of Milan, Manchester School of Architecture as the Academic Support.
The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits. Over the years, 7,548 entries have been applied by developers and world-renowned design institutions from 23 countries and regions. CREDAWARD has developed into an influential international award in China because of the authoritative judges, strict judging process. It is also praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards.

02 Process
CREDAWARD will adopt an international review procedure: submit the application → preliminary review → public announcement of shortlisted works → public announcement of shortlisted projects presentation → shortlisted projects presentation → final review → public announcement of gold & silver awards

Social Public & Urban Regeneration Project, Comprehensive, Comprehensive Commercial Project, Residence, Demonstration Area, Landscape Design, Interior Design（Include FF&E Design）, Lighting Design, Planning Design, Future Project
04 Fees
Entry fee: RMB 2,800 each entry
Finalist participation fee (pay only after the shortlists): RMB 6,800/project
Rights:
Include 1 participations in the annual ceremony;
The shortlists will be published in the award album;
Get 1 album free of charge;
The award-winning project can get 1 trophy and 1 medal;
Short-listed projects can get 1 official website promotion opportunity.
05 Application Materials
The applications will be submitted online (www.credaward.com).
The submitted information shall include:
1. Project Basic Information: Project Concept Description: Project Location, site area, project scale (overall floorage), plot ratio, greening rate, time of commencement, time of completion, design cycle etc.
2. Project drawings: site plan, main monomer floor plan, elevation drawing, section drawing, flow chart, detailed house type drawing etc. (Choose the drawing contents to submit according to the characteristics of the project by yourself).
3. Real photos (the real photos must be provided for all the completed projects and no less than 15).
4. Project Team: Members of the core team of the development enterprise (names, positions, resumes, recent photos
Members of the core team of the design unit (names, positions, resumes and recent photos of the chief designer and his/her team)
5. Project Highlights: arrange and submit the materials according to the evaluation criterion combining the project conditions. (Suggested directions: design perspective, customer perspective, sustainability considerations; project innovation concepts, new technologies, new materials selection and application.)
