CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖
「第十一届CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」由地建师DJSER与上海博华展览Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets联合为行业呈现。本届大奖收到295家机构申报的1,042个项目，参赛公司及作品分别来自：澳大利亚，加拿大，中国，丹麦，芬兰，法国，德国，印度，意大利，日本，摩纳哥，摩洛哥，荷兰，韩国，新加坡，西班牙，瑞士，泰国，英国，美国，越南(顺序按照国别英文首字母排序)。
「The 11th CREDAWARD」 is co-presented by DJSER and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets. A total of 1,042 projects from 295 institutions were submitted for participation. Winning projects of 「the 11th CREDAWARD」come from various countries and regions, including Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA and Vietnam (listed alphabetically by country name in English).
最终，457个入围项目（入围率43.86%），于2025年9月11-12日在摩登上海设计周期间展开金银奖角逐演讲。同时，年度优秀奖获奖单位上榜「地建师·设计推荐榜」，并在现场举行隆重的颁奖盛典。
Ultimately, 457 shortlisted projects (shortlisted rate 43.86%) gathered during Maison Shanghai from September 11 to September 12, 2025, to compete in the final presentations for the Gold and Silver Awards. Simultaneously, the winners of the Annual Merit Award were honored on the「DJSER Design Recommendation List」 and the award ceremony was held on-site.
2025年9月12日，海内外城市开发者、建筑师/设计师相聚上海，在前滩香格里拉酒店，共同见证「第十一届CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」金银奖作品诞生。
On September 12, 2025, urban developers, architects, and designers from across China and around the world gathered in Shanghai at the Shangri-La Hotel Qiantan to witness the unveiling of the Gold and Silver Award winners of the 11th CREDAWARD.

After two intensive days of Gold & Silver Awards competition presentations, jury deliberations, candidate nominations, open voting, and ballot counting, the Gold and Silver Award winners of the 11th CREDAWARD were officially confirmed just 60 minutes before the commencement of the awards ceremony.

「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」（原名「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」）由地建师于2014年发起的国际性设计大奖，原中文名：地产设计大奖。因其权威性、综合性、国际性在业内富有盛名，每年吸引近30+国家和地区的海内外业主、开发企业、品牌业主、国际设计机构/国有院/民营设计机构参赛。大奖秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的16字评价标准，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业内誉为“最具公信力的大奖”之一，并成为业主寻找优质设计公司的重要途径。

INTERNATIONALITY, AUTHORITY, COMPREHENSIVENESS
CREDAWARD is an international design award initiated by DJSER in 2014. It is renowned in the industry for its authority, comprehensiveness and internationality. It attracts participants from over 30 countries and regions with 10,000+ entries, including domestic and international owners, developers, brand owners, design institutions, state-owned and private design agencies. The award adheres to the evaluation criteria of “architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic efficiency.” CREDAWARD has maintained its rigorous selection process, an open and transparent selection mode, and strict award mechanisms, it is widely regarded in the industry as one of “the most credible awards” and has become the important way for project owners to find a quality design firm.
