SHANGHAI EXPO PLACE

As the “last piece of the puzzle” in the core area of Shanghai World Expo, Expo Place will be completed on December 31, 2024. With a total GFA of approximately 320,000 square meters, Expo Place is a full – format urban complex comprised of three major functions: Grade A office buildings, high – end hotels, and boutique retail. With the development concept of a “super – chain body”, Expo Place creates an “urban social healing ground” by optimizing the operation of public space, such as setting up interactive areas and green relaxation zones, and presenting trendy content like pop – up art exhibitions and fashion shows.
