ISLE MAISON

The project is jointly developed by Vanke and China Railway Construction, using Vanke’s “Shi” series and China Railway Construction’s “Hua Yu” series of products to create a “refined, luxurious, tranquil, and relaxed” living experience with a sense of vacation and relaxation. The residential area is divided into four plots by the river, and the design utilizes the existing river landscape resources. The water system runs through the plots 300 meters north and south, forming an ecological axis for each plot, providing unique shared resources for each plot. The entire community is like a natural island on the water. Set up supporting facilities along Xianding Road and water system, forming a 5-minute convenient living circle. The intersection of two axes and the unity of four images together form a complete community in the urban dimension.
