Gemdale Mega City

As a class A standardized demonstration area of Green Department in Gemdale group, the Sales office and demonstration area of Qingdao-Gemdale Mega City project shows modernist architectural style with simple shape and delicate details. The sales office has a building area of 2,450 sqm, and a landscape area of 6,000 sqm in the demonstration area. The whole demonstration area is designed with ocean theme, and ocean elements such as sails, coastlines and whales were refined into the space scene. Especially the whale IP theme – 360° plus ‘play’, was landed on the demonstration area. The architectural design uses ‘V’ structure overhanging cleverly and large area of mirror stainless steel curtain wall, and the wall adopts rhombic aluminum plate with undulating wave light, which mirrors the landscape.
