WU HAN WANG HU (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The design inspiration is derived from the unique geographical pattern of mountains and lakes in Wuhan, as well as Liu Songnian’s “Four Scenes of Landscape Painting”. Wuhan has always enjoyed the reputation of the “City of a Hundred Lakes”. This project is built by the water, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains, providing a natural foundation for the creation of the landscape of “Cloud Shadows by the Waterside”. The ecological wisdom of “harmony between man and nature” and the elegant taste of the literati-bureaucrat’s life contained in “Four Scenes of Landscape Painting” endow the landscape with profound cultural connotations. Through modern techniques, the landscape combines the characteristic scenery of the interweaving of mountains and lakes in Wuhan with the traditional elegant taste of poetic living, enabling residents to appreciate the exquisite artistic conception of Chinese-style gardens in modern life and achieve “poetic habitation”.
