GUANGZHOU KAISA WONDER BAY (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in the center of the Nansha Bay. There are superior resources nearby, such as Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Home Port, Tianhou Temple, and Seaside Park, etc. The design of the project starts from displaying the characteristics of high-density exquisite plates, improving the visibility of single-story buildings and combining the seaside characteristics of the site. The architectural form language is combined with the coastal characteristics, which is inspired by the seaside yacht, and combines the curve of the hull with the architecture. The three-dimensional garden and the infinity swimming pool enhance the visibility of the single-story building. Walking in it allows people to get a luxurious experience of being on the yacht deck. The roof garden not only connects the internal vitality of the community, but also connects the front field landscape of the demonstration area, forming a three-dimensional double landscape loop.
