ZHONGSHAN KAISA YUEBANSHAN COMMUNITY CENTER (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

ZhongShan Yuebanshan Community Center belongs to the high volume rate of small communities, the north and south sides of a very unique mountain landscape resources. We use the terrace garden as the design concept, through the garden-style design approach to create a contemporary Lingnan three-dimensional garden space experience. The architecture is based on the traditional Zhongshan walled house. The spatial form of “Four Waters Returning to the Hall” is the core, and the nested spatial combination creates a multiple landscape framing effect. Combined with the topography, the community commercial on the first floor forms an elevated activity square; the community house on the top floor forms a rooftop garden. The roof garden and the mountain view on both sides extend infinitely, forming a quiet public space that can easily be immersed in the natural environment.
