PARK I HILL

The design of China Resources · Runxishan sales Office in Shenyang is located in the city park next to the base. The design concept of the building is “city gift box” suspended in the park, enjoying the low density mansion in the park, collecting and hiding the natural scenery of Xishan. The multi-scene experience of landscape design is a visual feast of different scenes. Diagonal elements and diamond-shaped perforated panels are used in the design of the building’s facade to create a visual impact and a friendly interaction with the park.
