THE COMMUNITY CENTER OF “GUANYUN-YUEYUNLI” IN MOGANSHAN

The project is located in the southern foothills of the Mogan Mountains in Deqing, Zhejiang, surrounded by mountains and rivers, with convenient transportation. Mogan Hill is long and rugged, and the skyline of the project’s building roof echoes it, with high and low hills and staggered. The second-storey terrace of the building is embedded in the façade of the building like a mountain cloud attached to the Mogan Valley. The planning and layout of the project relies on the college etiquette system, following the layout of the mountain-water-street-house, and Yueyunli is a large Yile College. Each functional area is organized through the eight courtyards, zigzagging and connected, the size of the space, light and shade, opening and closing, high and low jagged contrast, each with its own characteristics, and the garden scenery penetrates, the layers are heavy, and the depth of field is inexhaustible, presenting the unique “Eight Views of the Clouds” in Yueyunli.
