The project is located in the core area of the Economic Development Zone of Guiyang City. The surrounding industrial atmosphere is strong, and it is a typical factory radiating community.
The design is based on the concept of “Midea·Xingzhou”, through visual impact and ritual shaping to interpret an “elegant crossing” that breaks the boundary of time and space. Using landscape techniques that transcend reality, the landscape penetrates into the architectural space, and the undulating water promenade guides people’s exploration behavior and completes the unity of time and space. The immersive dreamy feeling makes people feel as if they are in an art space while participating. Relying on the unrepeatable characteristics of the original site, it carries out spatial reconstruction and brand building, creates scenes with experience, breaks through the boundaries of the plane landscape space, and creates a special display area with multi-level space.
