The location of this case is the future land and air transportation hub of Henan, and it also carries the dual mission of inheriting the culture of the Central Plains and the future of Yuzhou. The whole area is planned with “South Garden and North Garden” as the overall gardening plan. In the “South Garden”, we introduced the idea of gardening in ancient Chinese gardens, taking the core building as the starting point of the entire sequence, making it open to the city in an open attitude. The design hopes that the building can reflect the traditional Chinese cosmology, so the form of “three arcs, two mouths and a beam of light” is refined. Time and space intersect between the first arc of the dome and the second arc of the square, and the arc of the third entrance becomes the central focus of the entire facade form sequence. The reflection of the building and the water surface forms two arcs that connect the real and the virtual. The intersection of the arcs is like an eye.
