Shuibei International Jewelry Center is a comprehensive project integrating jewelry business, office and apartment, which is created by Gmond Jewelry Enterprise in response to the urban renewal of Luohu District and the promotion of industry transformation. It has created a new landmark in the district with a super high-rise of 210 meters.
