| 项目简介(中文) | 项目总体功能被划分成两栋40米和60米高的塔楼以增强徐汇滨水面总体规划天际线的变化。两栋塔楼位于基地角部的三角地块，在地块边界与总体规划对位并满足视觉通廊的需求。 为了塑造出不同的识别特征，塔楼被横向剖切成多个盒子。这些盒子在体积上经过放大或缩小的变化以增强辨识度。同时为了创造更多滨水及遥望浦东中心区的景观面，各个盒子在平面上通过位移创造出多个露台。各个盒子在地块外侧的位移较小，以期与总体规划边界对位，而在地块内部位移较大，以创造出积极活跃的内部空间变化。 每个叠加的盒子内部可以承载不同的办公功能需求，上部的盒子拥有绝佳的视野可以遥望浦东中心区和水面，地面层和平台层的盒子满足商业文化需求的同时与平台人流形成直接联系。立面采用竖向的线条加强单元的完整度和挺拔感。 | |||
| 项目简介(英文) | The project is located on Plot 188S-O-1 along the river in the R&D area of the West Bund Media Port. The base site is triangular in shape. The project includes a total of 32,920 m2 of commercial and office areas. The overall function is divided into a 40-meter tower and a 60-meter tower to play up the variations of Xuhui’s waterfront skyline. The two towers are located on a triangular plot at the corner of the site, aligned with the master plan at the boundary of the plot to meet the needs of a visual corridor.The towers are arranged into multiple boxy volumes that are enlarged or reduced to create an assortment of distinctive, recognizable structures. At the same time, to add more vantage points to enjoy the view of the waterfront and downtown Pudong in the distance, each box is slid on the plane to form observatory terraces. Each box is only sightly geared outward to keep it aligned with the overall planned boundary but is rotated more inward to create lively space variations within the site.Each stacked box can meet different requirements for office functions. The upper boxes offer fantastic views of Pudong in the distance and the waterfront. The ground and platform boxes provide space for business and cultural activities as well as the flow of people. The façade adopts vertical lines to enhance the sense of integrity and uprightness. | |||
