项目特色：
一、 打破传统住宅设计方式，融入艺术感强烈的空间造型
以艺术符号康定斯基的造型，全力演绎社区艺术化公园，使得景观与艺术交织紧密，视觉效果得以延伸，设计在整体居住环境内，产生联动
二、 尊从城市景观与环境和谐，延续临水而居的生活理念
自古以来，人们临水而居，与河流一起生与斯长于斯，在璀璨天城，围绕中心水景，展开关于厦门的艺术度假生活。

| 项目简介(英文) | Jimei new town is located in the geometric center of Xiamen City, and it is also the most important gateway for Xiamen to contact with the outside world. Expressway, railway and high-speed railway gather here, and its strategic position is prominent. The base and Jimei new town under construction are separated by a lake, and they are connected by Xinglinwan bridge, with convenient transportation and unique location environment.
Project features:
1、 Break the traditional way of residential design, into the strong sense of art space modeling
With the artistic symbol of Kandinsky, the artistic Park of the community is fully demonstrated, which makes the landscape and art interweave closely, the visual effect can be extended, and the design has linkage in the overall living environment
2、 Respect the harmony between urban landscape and environment, and continue the life concept of living near water
