这是一次TOD站城一体设计的实验，也是学院派风格的一次探索。在前期定位中，我们与业主单位和其他设计专业单位共创出两条解决策略，一是将基地定位为TOD站点综合性服务的延伸点，从而激发社区商业作为城市公共空间更新带来的巨大能量；二是通过对于国内外学府的空间场景研究，赋予社区更深层次的文化意义，让未来社区的居民能感受到“我们不仅仅向往学院，我们就生活在学院“的设计愿景。通过对于国内外学府的物理空间和生活场景的研究，提炼了属于学院的“优雅、传承、自由、包容”的学院精神内核，将国际化学府的场所感分为：优雅传承的场所、自然优雅的环境、浓郁的文化氛围、年轻态的活动空间、亲密的人际关系、家门口的现代艺术展。引入“文学、天文、音乐、美术、数学”六大学科，提纯出“书、星、乐、艺、术”为概念要点，对应打造出“开放商业广场、星月天文公园、爱乐剧场、包豪斯艺术街区、几何球场”五大景观活动空间。同时将文字定义为学院派最具代表性的文化符号，让文字作为独特的装饰元素与各空间主题结合，来传达学府具有时间和历史沉淀的文化气质。

项目简介(英文)

This project is an experiment in the integrated design of transit-oriented development and exploration of academic style. In the preliminary positioning, we co-created two solution strategies with the owners and other design professional departments. Firstly, positioning the base as an extension of the TOD site's multiple services, thereby inspiring community commerce as a huge urban public space renewal. Secondly, giving the community a deeper cultural meaning through the study of the space scene of domestic and foreign universities, which helps the residents of the future community realize the design vision of "we not only yearn for the college, we live in the college." Through the research on the physical space and life scenes of domestic and foreign universities, the spiritual core of 'elegance, inheritance, freedom and inclusive" has been refined, and the sense of place of the International universities are divided into elegant and inherited places, natural and elegant environment, the cultural atmosphere, the young activity space, the intimate interpersonal relationship, the modern art exhibition in the neighbor. Introducing six disciplines of "Literature, Astronomy, Music, Art, and Mathematics", and refine the concepts of ‘Books, Stars, Music, Art and Skills’, and create correspondingly five landscape places which are ‘Open Commercial Plaza, Astronomical Park, Philharmonic Theater, Bauhaus Art District and Geometry Stadium. ’ At the same time, the words are defined as the most representative cultural symbol of the academic school, and the words are combined with each space theme as a unique decorative element to convey the cultural temperament of the academic institution with time and history.
