| 项目简介(中文) | 宁波绿地中心是是宁波市“三江六岸”和“两江北岸”开发建设的重点项目之一，也是绿地集团在全球布局的第30座绿地中心，矗立于宁波三江口江湾，将外滩历史街区、 三江口商圈串联，为城市功能进行有机延续和补充。项目规划用地面积近5万平方米，总建筑面积超过35万平方米。从梳理文脉网络、构建立体空间、实现复杂技术三方面来审视，项目充分发挥城市与人体的连接，在城市中构建丰富性、地标性，在身体体验中构建细腻性、持续性。 | |||
| 项目简介(英文) | Ningbo Greenland Center is one of the key projects in the development and construction of "three rivers and six banks" and "North Bank of tworivers" in Ningbo City.It is al so the 30th Greenland Center of Greenl and Group in the world.It stands in the Jiangwan of Sanjiangkou,connecting the Bund historical block and Sanjiangkou business district,which is an organic continuation and supplement for the urban functions.The planned land area of the projectisnearly 50000 square meters,and the total construction area is more than 350000 square meters. From the three aspects of combing the context network,building three-dimensional space and realizing complex technology, the project gives full play to the connection between the city and the human body, constructing not only the richness and landmark in the city,but also the delicacy and continuity in the physical experience. | |||
