| 项目简介(英文) | River One Chongqing consists of three plots, including two residential land and one commercial land, with a total land area of 220000 square meters. It will be built into the second phase of residential land, with a land area of 84000 square meters, a plot ratio of 1.2, and a total construction area of 100000 square meters.
The purpose of the project is to reconstruct a memory of Chongqing, trying to embody the landscape characteristics and humanistic feelings of Chongqing with mountains and rivers through the interweaving of nature and art, and the symbiosis of tradition and modern. Respect the relationship between the original site, combined with natural landscape and man-made landscape, to better integrate the landscape into the community, and present the existing building volume more naturally on the basis of the original site. |
