| 项目简介(英文) | Yuzhou Langting Bay is located in Yongshun Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing, at the distance of around 23km away from Tiananmen Square. Yongshun Town is expanding towards the east along Tongyan Expressway, the north-south central axis of Beijing, and is expected to become the second urban center of Tongzhou District. The ultra-wide spacing between buildings was maximized with site topographic conditions taken into consideration to create the large central landscape system. Bay width of buildings at south side was extremely increased to have open view and enjoy the community internal landscape.
