| 项目简介(英文) | Crystal Plaza project is located at the core of New Bund International Business area. It is a multi-function innovation city project, a joint effort of the renowned US developer Tishman Speyer and Shanghai Lujiazui that combines shopping malls, premium A+ office towers and high-end residential areas. A “crystal” standard business model Crafted by the well-known architecture firm – KPF. It has a total construction area of around 357,000 m2 including 6 premium office towers (199,000 m2), a brand-new shopping centre (68,000 m2) and high-end “crystal” branded residential houses. | |||
