| 项目简介(中文) | 本案为舟山万达星海湾住宅项目的配套楼兼前期精品营销中心，借用《妙法莲华经》对莲花三种含义的解析来描述：一曰为莲故花，二曰花开莲现，三曰花落莲成。对准业主来说，正是为给家人找寻一处避风港湾，才有纵横四海，奋力拼搏，这或许会成为客户购入本项目的初衷；而对于项目来说，设计营销中心的核心便是营造最佳展示体验，这便是建筑设计中的“为莲故花”。 | |||
| 项目简介(英文) | This is the facility house and the selling centre of the Zhoushan Wanda Xinghai Bay project. There was a sutra called Miaofa Lianhua which said: “people make the lotus flower to take the lotus root, the flower blooms and the root appears, the flower fades and the root ripens”. The purpose of the house owners to work hard and purchase the house must be to offer their family a warm safe haven, and this is the same as what the sutra meant. And the selling centre itself is exactly the lotus flower of the whole project, which would achieve the best service and demonstration, to ripen the best “lotus root” in Zhoushan city. | |||
