It enjoys convenient transport links via Qiaodan North Road, Guidan Road, and Shenhai Expressway. Surrounded by commercial-residential zones and new energy industrial parks, the eco-friendly area features abundant greenery. A highlight is the 170,000 sq.m Nanhai Middle School Experimental Campus (completed 2023), a K-12 complex with comprehensive facilities including sports venues, auditoriums, and libraries.
