The project is located along the Xiang River on Dongzhou Island in Hengyang. It reinterprets the traditional folk pier cultural district through a “Traditional Chinese + Modern Minimalist” design approach. By integrating cultural elements such as: Artistic installations of historic tavern banners Memorial arches adorned with Ru kiln ceramic plaques Floating boat landscape installations suspended overhead Relief performance stages depicting “Hundred Wineries at Qingcao Bridge” and “Wild Geese Alighting on Sandbank” The design combines expansive rooftop river views with the landmark Golden God of Wealth Temple, revitalizing cultural memories along the Xiang River. This creates an immersive pier-themed experience, forming a riverside cultural tourism destination that harmoniously blends historical charm with contemporary vitality.
