This project extracts architectural elements from ancient texts and Song dynasty paintings, such as “horizontal projecting eaves” and “upturned eaves,” modernizing them to balance Song-style and contemporary aesthetics, showcasing the meticulous beauty and refreshing subtlety of Song charm. Traits like “spacious naturalness” and “lightweight grace” enable modern life to experience Song dynasty elegance. The main entrance, with central axis symmetry and a three-tier ceremonial sequence, integrates Song elements to reflect gentleness and refinement. High-value materials, upturned eaves, golden accents, and golden ratio composition create strong visual identity. The high-end facade features full-height windows and corner windows, offering unobstructed views through low-reflection gray glass. Custom details include lattice patterns reconstructed from the “eight-diagram halo” motif (with controlled transparency) and meticulously calibrated unit entrance dimensions, embodying the luxurious
