ALIBABA BEIJING CHAOYANG SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PARK

The Alibaba Beijing Chaoyang Science & Technology Park is located in the north expansion area of Zhongguancun Chaoyang Park and consists of three land parcels constructed at the same time. The planning and design of the project is intended to reflect Alibaba’s values, goals and corporate culture of interconnecting things and people. It transforms an entire park into an innovative and efficient interconnected community, creating unique experiences across multiple perspectives within the site and development. Guided by the concept of “connector,” the three plots are independent and individualized with varied architectural shapes, which are each linked to one another through sky bridges and underground passageways. Each plot has an atrium at its core, which serves as the central hub of the building and as an extension of the office space, encouraging employees to come together and interact with one another.
