GUANGZHOU BAIYUN RAILWAY STATION

The project is located at the center of a newly developing area in the northern part of Guangzhou and is a unique high-speed rail TOD project in Asia. The transportation hub covers an area of approximately 450,000 square meters, consisting of 11 platforms with 24 railway tracks, 6 subway lines, and 3 bus terminals, with the passenger station occupying 145,000㎡. The development also includes about 170,000 ㎡ of above-ground development and around 500,000 ㎡ of surrounding development.
