PANDA TOWER

Panda Tower is designed for the new campus of the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, and is intended to be a landmark, visual focus, and cultural symbol in the northern area of Chengdu. We take “both inside and outside scenery” as the starting point, hoping that the tower will not only become a viewing platform, but also create a fascinating landscape both inside and outside. The exterior styling of the Panda Tower resembles a “bamboo shoot”, and the spectacular strolling space inside resembles the Chengdu city flower “hibiscus”. The semi open tower facade creates diverse landscape views and roaming experience. Since the completion of the Panda Tower, it has received widespread attention from the media and the public, bringing significant social and economic benefits to the local area, and has truly become a new landmark of Chengdu.
