VANKE MALL NANCHANG

Nanchang Metro Vanke Mall is the first mixed-use project by Vanke, China’s premiere Development group, in the city of Nanchang. The total development of 285,000sm includes the completed Phase One of the Residential development. Phase Two includes the Transit Oriented Commercial Development of a Retail / Entertainment Center and a Serviced Apartment Tower anchoring the retail podium. The retail center is partially 5 levels high with a total area of 53,000sm above grade. While between Phase One and Phase Two, the space was nicely designed as an outdoor retail street. Metro line 1 passed by the site at the southeast corner, and a station was set up here, which could easily connect to retail on B1 level. 3MIX was invited to provide Master Planning services for Phase-two (retail, S.A and hotel) and Architecture, Interior Design and EGD Services for the Retail Center, aiming to create an exquisite lifestyle retail center for the community.
