The project is located in Yiwu, Zhejiang, an woodland, free of the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by Nanshan mountain, Jiming mountain, and a lake, the site enjoys a privileged environment dominated by nature.

As a high-end residential cluster, the project includes 4 kinds of products: high-rise residential buildings, modern villas, Chinese courtyards, and a life & art gallery. The dual-construction of street-scape and garden scape create a harmonious community while taking both urban vitality and residential tranquility into account.

The life & art gallery embedded into nature is designed to be both a displaying area for the project and an exhibition hall that opens to the whole city, promoting the links between traditional living ideals and modern social life.
