CIFI Group Park Mansion, Hefei

The site is located at the junction of the launch area of Binghu New Area and provincial administration region, Hefei, Anhui Province. The project is a community in an upscale series called, Park Mansion Series developed by CIFI Group that is comprised of high-rise residence, a show area and commercial amenities. The sales center is the first of T- Park 2.0 series that has been built in China. The sales center building is designed like the major component of a flying ark spacecraft that is highlighted through the overlap of three layered spaces and lighting band. A large amount of metallic paint and a water wave pattern plate were used in combination with ocean blue glass and cloud pattern to create the flexible, smooth space atmosphere which has changed the whole sales center area into a space worthy of appreciation.
