Located in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province, the real estate project covers house architectural area of 140 square meters for each house. Next to the Yangtze River, only 100 meters or so, the estate is a luxury studio with masculinity as its designing theme. As one bedroom studio, it has a 270-degree open-sided view and is mainly characterized by the understated colors such as black, white and grey for an area of texture. What’s more, in addition to focusing on grey, it balances the sharp contrast between black and white and is partially decorated by coffee stain of warm color that permeates warmth in the grey area, and the senior ash shows the urban style featuring simplicity and leisure.
